Central to our offerings are the API 675 compliant pumps, which are engineered for precision
metering and steadfast reliability. Systems can be configured as Simplex or Duplex Operation
with Duty and/or Duty Standby Operation. They can be manufactured in welded pipe or tubing
and can be made from a range of various materials including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel,
and a Variety of Exotic Alloys or even as simple as PVC depending on needs and industry.
Chemical injection packages comprehensive construction includes
Metallic construction atmospheric Storage vessel designed as per API 650. Metallic Pressure vessels are designed as per ASME Sec. VIII, Div. 1. Metallic construction vessels are made of carbon steel or Stainless-steel construction. For aggressive corrosive application, we can offer storage vessels in plastic construction like PP, PE, HDPE, FRP/GRP Etc. Transmitters. Nitrogen Purging arrangement can be made available for fuming and toxic liquids.
Agitator is preferred in case diluted liquid or solid mixing operation is required for preparation od dosing chemicals. Generally, pitch blade turbine is preferred for liquid -liquid mixing and propeller type agitators are very commonly used for solid liquid mixing. Agitators are usually top mount construction with Sealing system like Lip Seal, Stuffing box or Mechanical seal. Drive system is installed with Gear box and Electrical Motor.
Dosing pump or metering pumps adhering to API 675 standard, delivers precise flow rates against desired back pressures. Types of pumps preferred are packed plunger design or hydraulically actuated balanced diaphragm construction. Pumps are equipped with manual stroke length adjustment for manual capacity control. The same can be made automated using electrical actuated or pneumatically actuated controller. Pumps wetted parts are available in SS and Plastic construction. Safety feature like DRDS (diaphragm rupture detection system) can be employed with necessary safety interlock for Diaphragm pumps.
Accessories such as Strainer, calibration column and suction accumulator shall be mounted on pump suction pipeline. Pump discharge line shall be equipped with Pulsation Dampener, Pressure safety valve etc. These accessories help system to maintain optimal flow conditions and protect against wear and tear.
Critical for monitoring and control, our systems include necessary instrumentation such as pressure gauges, flow meters, level sensors, ensuring the dosing process is both efficient and verifiable. High degree of instrumentation can be adopted for fully automated controls.
